The Spirit of God is alive and active, leading the Church through every change and every age.
Our task as leaders is to create an environment in which people can deepen their attentiveness to God’s influence in their lives.
God’s invitation today is to set aside the institutional dilemmas your church may be facing, not because they aren’t real and don’t need to be addressed, but because the best way to address them is first to learn to be led by God into deeper connections with one another and our neighbors.
This is, and has always been, the path of church renewal. Most importantly, God is at the center of this process.

Past Highlights
We are currently a group of mostly retired older people, not professional movers. We have the time but not the "tools" that we need to continue this work alone. We are looking for donations to assist with moving trucks and storage, and volunteers who can safely move large items and help pick up and deliver the furniture once a month. All are welcome to volunteer or contribute to this important mission.

Adventures in RenewalList Item 4
Mission renewal begins with a small, dedicated team whose role is to help engage the rest of the congregation in the life-giving work of following the Spirit’s lead. We calling this "Adventures in Renewal team.'

Faith DevelopmentList Item 1
Faith Development is Holy Cross Lutheran's Sunday School. They work with kids aged Pre K - 6th grade to grow a lifelong faith education. Teachers needed.

One Saturday a month, we provide taco lunches at our partner church Hepthatha. Drivers and servers needed.
